Refunds and Exchanges

If you are not fully satisfied please contact me within 3 days of product delivery. Refunds will be handled on a case by case basis. All returns must have prior authorization. Only no customized products are eligible for return Shipping costs are not refundable. Return shipping will be the responsibility of the buyer in the event of a refund. Money will be refunded when we receive the product that was pre authorized for return in good condition. Please allow 3-5 business days from the time we receive your return for us to process the return and refund. 

*** All canceled orders and refunds will incur a processing fee of 3.5% of the total charges +.30 cents.
(for example: a full refund on an order you were charged $10 for would have a refund amount of $9.35
( a total of .65 is subtracted for the processing fee $10 x 3.5% = .35 + .30)

This fee may be labeled as a Restocking Fee, Handling Fee, Processing Fee, Canceled Order Fee, Refund Fee, or similar label. It may also be split into two different fee entries that total the same amount as if it were a single fee.

You can opt for a store credit to avoid the cancelation / refund processing fee.   Please refer to the processing fees page for more details.

** Digital items are non refundable once they have been downloaded**

** Shipping costs are not refundable - Items that originally shipped free will have the shipping costs Larry's Woodworkin' paid to ship item subtracted from any refunds **

If we have made an error on your order or if we have messed something up then in that case we will make sure to get it right for you, at no cost to you!

If a mistake is made, due to an error on the buyers part, an invoice will be sent and must be paid before a new order is made and sent out. We will make every effort to ask if we think something isn't right, but if we don't catch it, we can not be held responsible for the error. If we send you a preview of your order be sure you check it carefully to make sure there are no spelling mistakes, typo's or errors. Once you say the preview is good we start the final production.

Shipping Damages - If your item was damaged during shipping, notify us immediately and include photos of the damage as well as the box if it was damaged. Shipping damages should be reported to us in less than 24 hours of item delivery. Retain all of the original shipping materials for returning your damaged item. Please do not return anything until you have heard from us. We will advise you on how we want to proceed on a case by case basis.

Any shipping reimbursement for returning a damaged item will not exceed the actual postage charges of what it initially cost for us to ship the item. If you have a question as to how much your return shipping should be ask us first. Remember postage is only part of the shipping charges we collect from you. We may provide you with the return shipping label.

Any expedited shipping fees will be the responsibility of the customer.
