Shipping Info
Pick up in person / No shipping option - this shipping choice is for our local customers who prefer to pick up their item once production has been completed. We will contact you once we have completed your item to let you know it is ready to be picked up. We are located in Richlands, NC.
In stock products will be shipped within 3 - 5 business days after the payment is received. The majority of our products are made to order. Custom products or products with engraving etc., will be shipped in 2-4 weeks. Most of the time it does not take the full period of time designated for custom orders to ship.
We typically ship via USPS Priority Mail which is typically 2-3 days to deliver but sometimes we will ship via USPS First Class Mail, FEDEX or UPS. You will get a tracking number when your item ships.
If you are concerned about the shipping delivery timeline please message me before purchase and I will check the rates for different expedited options such as Fedex 2 day and Priority Mail Express, and I will adjust the shipping rate to cover the shipping cost of your preferred expedited shipping method (if necessary). Typically, USPS priority mail in combination with rushing production is a more cost effective option versus any overnight shipping service.
If we ship via FedEx they will need your phone number so they can contact you if there is a problem with your delivery or if they need clarification with your address. If I do not have your number and I do not get a response from you within 24 hrs from when I request the number for FedEx and I am ready to ship then I may use my number in place of yours. This could cause a delay in your delivery if they need clarification.
We may re-use clean boxes, bubble wrap, air pillows, packing peanuts and use newspaper for packing. This helps to keep down shipping costs while helping out the environment too.

Any expidited shipping fees will be the responsibility of the customer.
