Additional Policies and FAQs

Please allow 10-25 business days on all custom orders to include engraving, because almost all of our products are handmade. If a listing has a longer processing time listed that is the processing time for that item. Most products will be completed and shipped before this time period.

If you personalized your order with something that has engraving you will get a digital proof of your item before it is engraved. Typically your proof will be emailed in 1-7 business days. Be sure to check your email for your proof.

Rush Orders - We can sometimes expedite your order. There is an additional fee of $15.00 - $85.00 per item added for rushing an order depending on production time. Please contact us prior to placing your order to verify that we can accommodate your needs if you are wanting to rush an order. If we can, then you can add the rush fee to your order and proceed with check out. (Please note this fee does not expedite the shipping method. If you want the shipping method expedited please let us know that and we will update the shipping costs to cover the expedited shipping method of your choice.) We typically use USPS priority mail which normally runs 2-3 days depending on where you are located in proximity to us.

Occasionally we may need to delay by a few days, because the kids are sick, or if we get more orders than normal, and get backed up a bit. If we ever aren't able to ship by the date specified, we will notify you in advance. We strive to be very punctual making orders and getting them shipped.

Craftsmanship is warranted for the life of the product free of charge. All shipping charges will be the responsibility of the buyer under the craftsmanship guarantee.

*** Each custom item will have different characteristics, because each piece of wood has different tones and wood patterns. You will not be getting the exact one in the picture, but one that is made just like it unless the listing specifies that you are buying the exact item pictured***

**If you have an order pending with us, please make sure to check the email that you used when you placed your order because we might need to contact you with a question.**

*** All canceled orders and refunds will incur a processing fee of 3.5% of the total charges +.30 cents.
(for example: a full refund on an order you were charged $10 for would have a refund amount of $9.35
( a total of .65 is subtracted for the processing fee $10 x 3.5% = .35 + .30)

This fee may be labeled as a Restocking Fee, Handling Fee, Processing Fee, Canceled Order Fee, Refund Fee, or similar label. It may also be split into two different fee entries that total the same amount as if it were a single fee.
